Why some capacity figures say "ask in store"
Because we will not publish an Ah or CCA rating we cannot stand behind. Where a figure is confirmed, it is here. Where two of our own sources disagree, it says ask in store and we will read the correct figure off the unit in front of you rather than guess on a website.
Not sure which size you need?
Bring the vehicle. We read the size off the existing battery, or off the vehicle and its specification if the battery has already been removed.
If your vehicle has stop-start, battery management or a heavy accessory load, it needs AGM or EFB rather than a conventional battery. Fitting the wrong chemistry shortens the life of the new one too — which is why we check rather than sell you the cheapest thing that fits the tray.
