About
One store that works, being turned into a network.
Global Batteries Xpress is part of the All American Muscle Group. We are early, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
Where we actually are
One profitable flagship store in Alberton, trading today. A franchise system — agreement, disclosure document, operations manual, training programme, supply chain — drafted and ready. A plan to reach 25 stores in 5 years, and no franchisees yet.
That is the honest position. If you are looking to be franchisee number two hundred in an established chain, this is not that. If you want to help build a category leader from the ground floor and you are comfortable with what that means, this is exactly that.
The first five or six franchisees join a network where the brand is still being shaped. They get direct access to the founding team and they will be in the marketing. They also carry the risks that come with being early, and those risks are set out in the Disclosure Document rather than glossed over here.
The flagship, in numbers
Actual recorded results over the fourteen months 1 May 2025 to 29 June 2026. Read the period under each figure — the sales figures are the trailing twelve months and the margin is calculated across the full fourteen.
Across the full fourteen months the store recorded R12.76 m in net sales and R4.49 m of gross profit.

A disclosure we would rather make ourselves
The Alberton flagship is franchisor-owned and it retails to the public. That means the franchisor competes, in its own catchment, with the network it is building. We think that is the right way to run a proving ground — you cannot demand standards you are not living with yourself — but you should know it, weigh it, and ask us about how territory and channel allocation works before you sign anything.
